On our trip back from Dallas, Delta accidentally ripped one of the wheels off our biggest suitcase. Although it was a huge hassle, I (Austin) went and complained. They had us bring our suitcase back empty (another hassle to go back to the airport and drop it off) so they could "fix" it. I expected them to say, as the airlines always try to do...."Oh, well we are not liable for that part of your luggage." Anyway, to our amazement, they sent us a new suitcase! It's really nice (much nicer than the old one which was my mission suitcase that I bought at K-Mart as a 5 piece set for 80 bucks!) and has fancy "bling, bling" wheels on it. It costs $120 on ebay so this baby is worth some money. Thank you Delta!
